Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at soulsupplements.contact@gmail.com. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or a full refund once we verify the issue.

Return Eligibility for Unopened Items

Unopened and unused products will be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:

• The item must be in its original packaging

• You must contact us first for return instructions

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

 

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
